FROM BAKERY TO BAG
Our breads go through extensive proving and fermenting periods (up to 48 hours) to create the complex, delicious & unique flavour our breads hold. This means that your Sourdough is the careful combination of 3 days of planning, proving and baking, part of what makes our Pavilion products unique.
Our pastries get just the same special treatment, with 16 beautiful layers of laminations in each of our croissants, making for the perfect soft centred and delicate crisp finish.
