Our ideal sourdough tin loaf - a classic wholemeal multiseed that makes the perfect sandwich or toast. The dough is mix of 40% white, 50% wholemeal and 10% rye flours, with linseeds, sesame, poppy, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. A touch of honey and sea salt to finish.
We spent a while working out what our ideal seeded loaf would look like, and this is the result. A slow fermented wholemeal and rye loaf with a mixture of linseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and poppy seeds, as well as a touch of honey, baked in a classic tin shape.
